FIRELINGS
A Taekwondo class designed with our youngest participants unique needs in mind! In this class, we use our Taekwondo program to build coordination, stability, focus, and discipline by challenging each student in a fun and interactive environment. Firelings is a Martial Arts program designed for ages 3-8.
JR. TRADITIONAL TAEKWONDO
A well-rounded Martial Arts program for ages 7-12 designed to advance leadership skills and teach the fundamentals of Olympic Taekwondo, Self-Defense, and Fitness. In this program we challenge each of our students both mentally and physically, as well as emphasize the examples they set in their day to day lives.
ADULT TRADITIONAL TAEKWONDO
A well-rounded Martial Arts program designed for beginners to advanced students, ages 13 and up. We designed this program to teach the fundamentals of Olympic Taekwondo, Self-Defense, and conditioning. This program takes from several different Martial Arts to develop an effective real world defense system, as well as to instill respect and love for this Olympic sport.
ADULT SPORT TEAM
This program is for the most serious practitioners of Olympic Taekwondo. In this program for ages 13 and up, we focus exclusively on Sport Taekwondo. Our athletes are training for tournaments such as USAT Nationals in attempts to make the USAT National Team and earn an opportunity to represent the USA in the Olympics.

All students should arrive a minimum of ten minutes before their class starts.
If any student arrives late to their respective class, they must do 20 pushups before joining. Once pushups are complete, the student should join at the back of the class so as not disrupt their fellow students.
No shoes on the training floor.
Bow before coming onto and when leaving the training floor.
All students must stay behind the safety lines at all times.
Do not touch the mirrors.
No chewing gum during class.
No jewelry is to be worn during class.
Courtesy and respect must be shown to both the instructors and fellow students at all times.
There is to be no talking when the instructor is talking. All students must say “Yes sir/ma’am” and “No sir/ma’am.”
